We were highly impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities including the bar, pool, and outside patio, as well as the superb location near a variety of wonderful restaurants. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, from the helpful desk receptionists to the delightful bartender who mixed fantastic drinks for us. Cons: Everything met our expectations.

Comfy location when traveling to Knoxville. A huge variety of food options at walking distance from the venue;))

They had a great pool. Rooms were convenient to get to. Laundry facilities were a plus.

The room left something to be desired. While functional, it had an odor like a ton of powdered carpet cleaner had been used. Very musty. The chair in the room was badly worn and looked dirty. There was a general feeling that the room was not very clean overall. The ac would not stay on, but kept going on and off throughout the night, which caused for restless sleep. To be fair, it was extremely hot, and may have been difficult to maintain the temperature. All in all I would have to say that I would look elsewhere as opposed to choosing to stay at this hotel again. However, that is not a reflection on Super 8 in general, as I have stayed at others, even on this trip, that I thought were a good value for the money, and were nicer.

Clean and quiet establishment near the highway. Friendly staff, including attentive front desk personnel. Nice indoor pool and convenient laundry facilities. Breakfast offers both hot and cold options. Great location for visiting local attractions. ☀️.

The rooms with an ashtray, king bed and fridge. The great location for the price, next to the many bus lines, and restaurants and shopping. Efficient check-in and late check-out, parking on site.

It was fine. I just wanted to have a clean place to place my head for the night.I was also very close to where I was going.

The room was just the right size and pet-friendly, with a spacious bathroom and comfortable king bed.

Staff were very nice. Check in and out simple. Close proximity to utk campus. We went to a football game there.

There are bedbugs in the rooms. My husband was bitten by them and ended up having to go to the doctor. It has been a nightmare and no one will return my calls.

loved the comfy bed and delicious breakfast during my lovely hotel stay in knoxville. the room smelled amazing, super clean, with friendly staff. the pool and gym were a nice bonus. hilton garden inn knoxville papermill drive, tn exceeded my expectations.

During my stay at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and organization. the location near the university was convenient. the room had a comfortable bed, but the bathroom door design could be improved. the guest services could have been more attentive. the continental breakfast was not up to par. However, overall, I had an enjoyable experience at the Hilton Garden Inn and would consider returning. Overall, I'll gladly recommend this hotel.

Really nice budget hotel that offers great value. We stayed in a double room with a comfy king bed. Everything was up to par and suited our needs perfectly. No complaints from us! 💫.
